Right, finally gotten down to it Apologies for taking so long but research needed to be done These are artists / writers / photographers / etc I truly believe are talented. Simliar to the list I gave before, but this is more for the content of the work, not a raising of pageviews hehe

A little twist - I'll be adding one of my personal favs from each artists.

Follow the categories, apologies if I misplaced anyone, just let me know and I'll correct it. And apologies if I put you in other, its purely because I wasn't sure which category you'd fall into or because you span across all the boards - no offence meant whatsoever:::


Writers::

-- Those of you that aren't seriously into your literature I suggest you continue reading because this man's work is hardcore. Some very talented stuff that has a level of intellect which tends to go over most people's heads. So be warned, some hot stuff personal fav: [link]

-- Poet hailing from my side of the pond who really knows how to hit it home when it comes to Open poetry. Must read for any budding poets. personal fav:

-- Let's get something straight people - Erotic and smut porn are two different, yet similar, subjects. This is real writing. And no not because everyone seems to be getting laid but because of the use of words, technique and immagery. Writers, you'll understand. personal fav: [link]

-- Beautiful poetry in a whole range of styles Particularly love the open poetry. Another must see (wouldn't be in this list if it wasn't! ) personal fav: [link]


Artists::

-- Many of you will find his twist on characters from Nickelodean (spelling?) and Cartoon Network based cartoons interesting. Also has a very nice collection of 'furries' deviations. personal fav: [link]

-- This deviant has an INSANE talent for sketching and drawing. I mean phenomanal. Words can't describe, a must-see. (also has a lot of Anime stuff) personal fav: [link]

-- work very simliar to the one deviant mentioned beforehand, AMAZING talent. Beyond amazing. And a very friendly and nice personality to boot ^.^ I know this is bad of my but I couldnt help but pick two favs, its just that hard. personal favS: [link] and [link]

-- You can tell this one's a gamer Not to mention has some wonderful tastes in interests such as Anime, Marvel and Metal Gear Solid personal fav: [link]

-- Many of you may recognise this artist, she's fairly big on the dA scene, not to mention her siblings. Any X-Men fans, particularly those of Rouge and the Cajun hunk Gambit will appreciate her detailed art. Again, two favs personal fav: [link] and [link]

-- Final Fantasy fans will appreciate her work simliar to the ones first mentioned in this category. personal fav: [link]

-- For the child within us all Disney fans, particularly those of Alice and Wonderland (not to mention LotR fans) will enjoy this artist's work. personal fav: [link]

-- Yes I know my personal favs for each artist seem to have a reoccuring theme but hey what can I say? I'm just a diehard fan A whole range of comic and Marvel deviations, but my personal favs would yet another X-Men choice - the X-Woman series (mind out the gutter, you'll see what I mean...) personal fav: [link]


Digital Artists::

-- Beautiful work, particularly his Pepper series, not to mention varying styles to show off his true talent. personal fav: [link]

-- Another 'furry' artist. Has some interesting work - not to mention a very unique depiction of Lucifer. One that I personally like Another two favs for me on this one because I really couldn't decide. Warning for mature content on the second one! personal fav: [link] and [link]

-- Not sure if she falls into this category but I'm taking a risk at yes HAILING ALL METAL GEAR SOLID FANS!!! especially those of Number 3: Snake Eater. Yes I'll admit she's no Picasso but very funny and seriously hilarious work. Look out for her comic strip, the Cobra Days (my favourite is the Fury!! ). personal fav: [link]

-- Now being an overweight person myself, I do notice that a lot of art - particularly on dA - portrays thin characters. And those that do have fat people in it, is usually to make them the butt of jokes. This artist, however, really know how to appreciate curvy girls in a positive way Thanks girl! personal fav: [link]

-- Some very humourous animations and drawings to boot, Enjoyable viewing. personal fav: [link]

-- Talented Vector artist with a unique drawing style. Mostl pop-art and surreal stuff in his gallery. However, personal fav: [link]

-- I've never seen someone make watercolours look so damn amazing. I won't spoil the suprise too much personal fav: [link]


Photographers::

-- I don't care how modest she is, the girl's work deserves props. A must-see for those of you into scenery shots such as Waterscapes and Sunsets. personal fav: [link]

-- A master of photo-manipulation, CP has demonstrated a range of genres in his photography. Though most of it falls under dark or gothic, a heads up for you photo-manip fans out there. personal fav: [link]

-- INSANELY amazing natural and scenery photography. No doubt about it, amazing sunsets! A must see for anyone who's into the postcard style or poster style scenery-photography. personal fav: [link]

-- Yet another natural scenery photographer you may say, but you know what - I don't care. The man deserves his props. Bringing beauty to a part of the world not many people give thought, I beleive his work - as well as its contents - need to be discovered. personal fav: [link]

-- A range of talented henna / mehndi designs and tatoos from both Middle Eastern and South Asian origins. personal fav: [link]

-- An artist with a mission. ~omarbig helps deliver a message which I believe is vital, particularly with the current on-goings on the political stage, especially in Middle East. Islam-based art. personal fav: [link]
