In the midst of reality, you have professed
And in my heart of hearts, you have blossomed.
What divine creature you are
For I am so in love with you
What faithful soul you possess
For I could not exist without you.
Tonight, my dream you have realised
And my love you have embraced
Tonight, my spirit you have blessed
And my life you have fulfilled

Bridging the gap
ONE HELL OF A LONG WEEK
-2 Hours after the events of CBVSCR-
Flipping her hair out of her Eyes, Mandor-RA Sighed loudly as she ‘stood’ over the body of a young man laying in the sand within a pool of his own blood, she leaned down close to the boys face so their nose’s were almost touching, narrowing her eyes she said “Are you ever gonna wake up?” the boy remained motionless.

Mandor-RA sat curled up next to a wind turbine scratching her name into the side; she glanced over to the boy’s body “Urrgh! How long are you gonna lie there!” she scratched a line under he

Ill-Aimed
I specialize in stealing kisses;
Carry stars to light your candles
On your birthday cake for wishes.
I'd say our glances ,
(back when we met)
mimed our smiles,
it's maybe kismet
that I hold a special place within it
(that locket on your breast's what I meant).
How could I pretend to forget
that nuzzling the back of your neck
goosebumps your skin
which brings me back to kisses.
And how each one still misses.

Before you say it, I know I know - not something you would expect me to write huh? lol let's just say I was idealistic and naive in my youth ^^* Besides, I've never been a 'poet' persay. Hell I'm hardly a writer lol.
Yes the poem was written for someone. No it wasn't that kinda thing. It was written during my time in Afghanistan a couple of years back. That's all I'll leave it at lol. I tried to follow the Sonnet structure but being the dink that I am I had to go and add two extra lines. The poem just didn't seem complete without it. I'm not sure whether I got the other technical details right either but keeping in mind, I wrote this before I knew much about anything when it came to poetry.
I chose this to be one of the first poems I shared for two reasons - one: I'm fairly proud of it and consider it one of my better peices of work And two: some dumbass tried to claim it under their own name on a wedding website. She (who will remain unnamed) thought I wouldn't find out - a good reason to google your work every now and then ladies and gentlemen, just to make sure its not in places where it shouldn't be. I may be paranoid but I'm damn good at it!! *shakes fist* lol Anyway by November 11th or so, the site admin will have fixed the problem so the only place that poem should be found is here (or on one of my other accounts at fictionpress.com etc)
